The MDL, or MuayThai Development league aims to foster the sport of MuayThai in America through a light contact experience perfect for beginners to dip their toes in! We took several of our beginners to the tournament for a fun day. These students are all hoping to have real fights in the near future and the MDL is a wonderful training stage to progress to that point. Shout out to Jackson who had the stand out match of the day!
