We hosted an amazing seminar with the pro mma fighter Jeff Chan. Better known on youtube as MMA Shredded, Jeff holds impressive wins in the ONE FC organization and has traveled the world fighting and training. He shared with us his fun double step low kick system and a number of sweeps, set ups and counters before sparring 22 people back to back with no more than 15 seconds of rest. The man is every bit as much of a cardio machine as he seems in his videos!
